Reed sent me a pic of the venue the Crescendo Amelia Big Band played at the other day at the Jacksonville Zoo. Looked good. Seems he had a good time. Oh and forgot to mention my 2 day bus ride BACK to Jacksonville. Another questionable adventure.

A great weekend as I went to Watertown and saw a bunch of old friends AND had dinner with my daughter, Asiya, in Fargo. She looked great and seemed well pleased with how everything was going. Took this pic in low light. ---------Had to go back to the old homestead and throw rocks into the lake for the last time. Not much left there.

Ok!! So it has been awhile since my last post. In the meantime I have adventured on with a 37 hour bus trip to the wilds of South Dakota, visited old friends Mel and Tammy Glover and Joe and Carolyn Jacobi, stayed and took a picture with first really serious and still looking good girlfriend Tammy Jacobi, and teased and gave a hard time to childhood and college buddy Tim Gusso over his daughter, Amy, becoming Women's Head Basketball Coach at the University of Nebraska. His wife Kathy, who I also knew in college, was there but down with the flu. Great time! Except for maybe Kathy. PS Asked Reed about his last Big Band gig and got the following "Don't know if they got any pictures. I have a gig at the zoo this weekend I'll try to get some good ones there. This last gig wasn't anything special."

OK so you remember that I got my car stolen--and the police got it 3 days later--and I found a bunch of stuff in it including a credit card--and then I found out that they had caught the guy driving it--and he said he'd bought it. Well I got this from the State Attorney's office.

OK so a fire alarm about 5am THIS am. Had to walk down from the 17 floor. Evidently the sprinklers in one guy's apt went off. What was so bad as the elevators weren't running when we were cleared to go back up so it was up 31 flights of stairs up. Had to stop a few times. If you're interested mine is the top row, 3rd window from the left.
